At OG Cave Tubing and Tours, we are committed to providing you with an unforgettable and enjoyable experience. To ensure a smooth and fair process for all, please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation by Customer

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Due to Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances

• Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. In the event of inclement weather or conditions that make it unsafe or impractical to conduct the scheduled activity, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the tour.
• If your tour is canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be given the option to:
  • Reschedule for another available date, or
  • Receive a full refund, or
  • Choose an alternative activity or tour offered by OG Cave Tubing and Tours (based on availability).

No Refund for Late Cancellations or No-Shows

• Guests who do not cancel within the 24-hour window or do not show up for their scheduled tour will not be eligible for a refund.
